Hello! I'm Rubi-Ain Dahlan. With nearly 30 years of experience as a Project Manager and Communications Specialist, I've navigated the financial, non-profit, and startup sectors, focusing on strategic management, business transformation, and corporate communications.
I have over 19 years of experience in the financial and non-profit sectors, primarily in managerial and strategic marketing communication roles. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and am a Certified Professional CSR Manager from the Malaysian Institute of Management.
I started my career in advertising and later joined the Securities Commission in 1996. There, I organized and marketed its education and training programs locally and internationally and communicated its investor awareness efforts to the public. I also had a brief stint at the Malaysian Venture Capital Association.
In 2006, I helped establish the PRIDE Foundation, a breast cancer charity under the patronage of the late (then) Prime Minister’s wife, serving as its Chief Executive Officer. My aim was to empower cancer survivors to lead meaningful lives. In 2008, I joined the National Cancer Society Malaysia as its Managing Director, where I restructured and developed a sustainable revenue model for the charity alongside its public health initiatives.
In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy and children’s novels, painting, singing, and traveling. Additionally, I hold a black belt in Taekwondo, packing a mean punch!

For non-profit clients, my standard fees are reduced by 20% to help you save cost as I know how hard it is to get good advice at a fair price. All you have to do is provide your valid company registration documentation, and I will apply the non-profit rate. However, please note that my design packages (printing, layout, production fees) and third-party supplies are not subject to the discount.
